- SportMatch members can access over 200 pages of age-specific workbooks, worksheets, projects, quizzes and materials to reinforce physical literacy, and learn STEM concepts through sports themes. The resources are designed for primary, middle and senior secondary students and align to the Australian Health and Physical Education curriculum.
- Information stored is deidentified and protected to the standard set by the GDPR and HIPAA.

- Subscribing to the professional package, the built-in Talent ID feature is found in the Admin portal. Filters allow selection by age, gender, time period and/or sport(s).
- SportMatch subscriptions include between 150 and 10,000 tests. Additional tests can be purchased by administrators already subscribed to SportMatch.
- This will be provided when you create your account. If you cannot remember, you will be able to find this in the ‘Options’ section of the Administrator Portal.
- Single:
- In the Administrator’s Portal, click on the ‘Test takers’ icon on the left-hand navigation menu.
- Add a new test taker by entering a Username. The Username can be any name that the user will be able to remember. We recommend keeping a copy of the Usernames created to be able to identify which Users they are allocated to.
- You can also allocate this user to a class group by entering a group name in the right most box.
- Click the Add + button to save the user. The default password will be set by your administrator (options).
- You can also enter the user’s date of birth (month and year), and gender, or allow the user to enter these on their My Details page when they log in through your organisation URL.
- Multiple/csv:
- In the ‘Test takers’ page, you can download a csv. template for entering details of multiple test takers.
- Once you have filled out the details for the test takers you wish to upload, upload this file to the ‘Test takers’ page to save the new users.
- In the ‘Test takers’ page, click to select one, or multiple users. In the upper right corner select ‘assign test tokens’. This will allocate one test per user selected for them to complete a SportMatch test.
- Group administrators can create new administrator logins for their organisation. To do this, navigate to the options page in the administrator portal and enter in the required details in the ‘Upload teacher’ box.
- On the ‘Results overview’ page in the Administrator portal, select the ‘list view’ button.
- You will be able to download a .csv template for entering and uploading group data.
- Users will need to have a unique username, or a test token applied to a current username in order to submit a test.
- All pages on the Administrator portal have access to filter functions.
- SportMatch Starter subscriptions will not be able to access these features Upgrade here.
